How can I find out what my ring size is?
The best and most reliable way to find your ring size is to head to a local jewellers and ask them to measure your ring size for you. If you are buying for someone else you could sneak a ring they already own to a jewellers and ask them to measure it.
Alternately, take a zippy tie and adjust it so that it fits snugly on your finger, but is fairly easy to remove. Contact us for our address and send the zippy tie to us. We will then make your ring to that measurement.
I've seen a piece of your jewellery that I love, but it's not in my size/available!
Please contact us and we would be delighted to work with you on a custom order. We can usually recreate past items or make items in another size depending on the availability of suitable stones.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Sterling silver reacts to certain environmental conditions and chemicals and will tarnish (changes colour).
To keep tarnishing to a minimum it is advisable to remove jewellery when:
-washing, swimming, and applying perfumes and body lotions
-cooking (eggs and some other foods can tarnish silver) and cleaning
-using any harsh chemicals
Turquoise, lapis lazuli, howlite and several other stones are relatively soft and porous, so avoid wearing them in the above situations or when there is the possibility of them being knocked.
How much is postage?
Postage is free on all orders within the UK.
Orders will be sent by 2nd class signed for delivery and a conformation email with a tracking number will be sent once your item has been posted. This will usually be the next working day.
When will I receive my order?
If an item is in stock , please allow 7 days for delivery.
Custom orders will be ready to ship within 2 - 3 weeks, however, during busy periods such as Valentine`s Day and Christmas, orders may take up to 6 weeks
Can I return an item?
Items can be returned up to 21 days following delivery as long they are in their original packaging and in an unused condition. You are responsible for paying return postage if the item is not faulty
